All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.  If you wish to return items for credit after this period, that are not faulty or damaged but simply that you have changed your mind, we reserve the right to charge up to 25 percent of the original price as a restocking fee and to cover postage and associated costs.

If a product doesn't fit, then we will replace for an alternative size only - upon receipt of the item in original tagged condition.  Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or washed.  Return postage and postage costs of sending the replacement item to you are the customer's responsibility. If an alternative size is not available then you have the option of credit to the full purchase amount or a refund less P&P and handling costs. 

If you need to return an item for any reason, you must first contact us for authorisation returns@therallyshack.co.uk . The customer is responsible for any costs incurred whilst returning any products and for the shipping costs of replacement items - We do not charge return P&P for smaller lighter items.

We are a reputable business and you can trust us completely with your credit card details - it is completely safe.  We want your return custom after all!  We do not disclose any of your details to third parties. The shopping cart section is 128 bit security encrypted.
